PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on your location within India.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket and Speed Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across India.

WRONG ADDRESS
Littletrends is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.

DELAYED ORDERS
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Extreme weather conditions
• High demand periods (festivals, sales)
• Courier delays beyond our control

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
